Donations and Fund Allocation
By donating to S.T.A.F. via text message or bank transfer, you agree to have the donation amount and any associated transaction costs added to your mobile phone bill, deducted from your prepaid balance, or debited from your bank account.
If you make a donation online or via text by purchasing items from our online shop, your contribution may not be used to purchase the exact item displayed but will be allocated to support the broader mission of S.T.A.F., including funding treatment centers, staffing, and essential equipment.
If donations for a specific appeal exceed the target amount, S.T.A.F. reserves the right to allocate excess funds to support other urgent needs for vulnerable children.
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of S.T.A.F.
S.T.A.F. does not actively solicit donations from individuals under 18 years of age and makes efforts to ensure that no marketing materials are directed at minors.
Intellectual Property Rights
All material on the Website is the intellectual property of S.T.A.F. or third-party owners.
